一、意思不同

1.who am I意思：猜猜我是誰，今天的我。

2.who I am意思：我是誰。

二、用法不同

1.who am I用法：who用作疑問代詞時(shí)，意思是“誰”，一般只用來指人，在句中用作賓語或主語。指某一組織機(jī)構(gòu)的成員時(shí)也可用who，此時(shí)應(yīng)用復(fù)數(shù)形式的謂語。在there be，here be后用作主語的關(guān)系代詞who可以省略。
